If you bought your home before 1 July 2006 and you are now forced to sell due to PCS then you may be eligible for financial assistance from the federal government.
Formally known as the Military Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP), the program is designed to help military personnell who are having difficulty selling their home and suffered a loss due to PCS.
