MILITARY HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE FOR WONDED VETERANS
The DoD has a program to assist wounded veterans and their families trying to sell their home. The program allows the veteran to sell the home directly to the government for what is owed or to a 3rd party with the government paying fees and any leftover mortgage. This program is not a foreclosure. It is a veteran benefit.
